Refund PolicyAs much as we’d like to hope that every product will arrive perfectly at your doorstep in the shortest amount of time, sometimes things do go wrong. Our main concern then is to make sure that we make everything right for you in the minimum amount of time with the minimum amount of fuss!
We handle every return personally so if you have an issue, the best thing to do is email us (email@example.com) and we’ll work out what we can do to make it up to you (we won’t bore you with lists of instructions on what to do here - we’ll walk you through any steps personally when you contact us to make your life easier).
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please snap a few photos of it as it was delivered and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of what went wrong. We’ll then get straight back to you (generally within 24hrs). If it’s a fault on our end, we’ll refund the full cost but may need you to post it back to us (we’ll obviously cover that cost too!).
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for change of mind but if in doubt, just email us! Our main focus is making sure THSC fans are happy - all the time!
