What is The Hot Sauce Club?

We are the one-stop shop for all hot sauce addicts. We started The Hot Sauce Club as we wanted to promote the smaller, boutique hot sauce suppliers that make some of the best tasting hot sauce in the world. We are currently busy partnering with some of the world's finest hot sauce suppliers so that our customers will receive hot sauce experiences that will blow your mind!

If you are looking for a constant supply of expert picked hot sauce, we also have our 'Hot Sauce of The Month Club'. Simply sign up and we will deliver you an award winning hot sauce every month. This is the ultimate way to impress your friends with your personal hot sauce collection or otherwise send it as a gift to a friend or loved one and they will forever be indebted to you!

Where does The Hot Sauce Club deliver to?

We currently deliver to all regions within the USA. We are also very busy working on launching internationally. If you sign up to our newsletter we’ll keep you posted when we're delivering to your country!  

How do you ship your products?

Unless otherwise mentioned in an items description, items usually ship within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order.All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival. We can only ship to residential and business addresses. 

How are your hot sauces packaged?

All of our hot sauces are delivered in secure packaging to prevent breakage and to ensure safe delivery. If there are any defects with your order then please notify us immediately via email at hello@thehotsauceclub.com. We'll need you to return the product to sender so we can assess the defect, but you'll be reimbursed for all postage costs (please keep the receipt) and of course, sent brand new hot sauce/s.

How can I pay for my order?

You can securely pay on our website with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You can also checkout via Paypal. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal at The Hot Sauce Club. If you are not happy with your hot sauce purchase we will exchange, issue a store credit, or refund your money.Guaranteed.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If by chance your order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@thehotsauceclub.com and we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with UPS or the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued. 

If you are not satisfied with your hot sauce product(s) for any reason, and your order was placed within 30 days, we will gladly accept returns of product(s) and will issue credit for product(s) returned in unopened condition, less any shipping expenses. Please contact us first at hello@thehotsauceclub.com so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. 

How does the Hot Sauce Of The Month Club work?

It’s simple. We have an A-class team of hot sauce connoisseurs that search the globe for the finest hot sauces on offer. We then package them up and deliver them straight to your door every month.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express via Paypal - the system we use to accept secure payments.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all monthly hot sauces to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival. We can only ship to residential and business addresses.

How long are your memberships?

All memberships have no fixed terms and subscribers are charged monthly, regardless of level of membership. You can cancel anytime (or stay a member forever!) - see below for more specific details . 

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. To do this, you will simply need to notify us by email at hello@thehotsauceclub.com. We will reply within 24 hours with confirmation of your cancellation. If we are given enough notice before shipping the next batch of sauce/s, then you will not be charged for that month. If the product has already shipped though, you'll be charged for that month and the membership will be cancelled immediately after.
